Are you in this trade already? I am also looking at it, but would like to see that it reaches his top once more and the look at it again. But what do I know anyway??!!!!

IB

yes, that is a top of the daily TL chart I can see but I am not in that trade. There is resistance right there for many hours. waiting to see if it is going to break the trendline or not. that needs little patience which I don't have lol.

Good luck

Hello everyone,i'm new of the forum. I'm trying to learn this strategy but look pretty hard to me, i'll explain where i find the problems.
First, can you please tell me if this strategy it's still solid as it was 2 years ago? (when it was released,if i'm right)

Second, the real problem: i don't understand when to open a position, and why. This is a screenshot of what i did today, please tell me if i'm wrong, where and why. Please.

As indicator i use just the Swing_ZZ, do i need something else?

THANKS in advance

If people (traders) where not making money with this system, do you think this forum would have survived this far, even after 2008? If traders can come and continue to share and contribute in this forum then it only shows the success of this strategy. So if you are talking about being "still solid" then I suppose this answers your question (the first question) :)

regarding your second question: I dont see an upward trendline drawn on your chart so how did you take that trade? What was your reason for taking that trade?
where is the bounce on the trendline?

third question: you can use swing zz indicator if finding peaks and troughs seems so difficult OR...
just use price...
when you open your chart, what do you see? Peak and troughs and peaks and troughs and peaks and troughs and peak and troughs and peaks and
troughs...
so use those to draw your trendlines :)

Are any of these trend lines correct? 4H down trend, 1H and 30M uptrend. Thank you!

They look ok...

the thing is sometimes it is a bit tricky when you have small peaks and troughs that are not that significant or obvious. generally, the further apart and the more higher candlesticks you have on both the left and right side then that makes the peak or trough as significant and obvious. Essentially, that is the kind of peak or trough that is much more reliable in drawing trendlines from. I have said this many times before and I will say it again: the peaks and troughs got to be OBVIOUS...If a gorilla cant spot it then thats trouble...

Cheers :D
