Improvement of the customer support service

Dear Clients and Partners!

In order to improve the quality of our customer support service and increase the response time, RoboForex has held a survey to find out which of the communication channels between the Company and its clients are the most effective ones. We took into account an average response time as well as full disclosure of information via helpline, live chat, ticket system in your Live Account, different messengers used by our Customer Support Service to communicate with clients.

Based on the result of the survey, the Company has made a decision to continue using those channels of communication, which turned out to be the most effective. These channels are the following:

- Free-of-charge helpline – phone number is +65 3158 8389.
- Online chat on the Company’s website.
- Ticket system in your Live Account.

These ways of contacting the Company will allow each client to receive the maximum possible information in answers to their questions in a shorter period of time.

Please note, that our Skype account, roboforex.com, will be no longer used to answer clients’ questions. We recommend you to delete it from your contact list and use the above-mentioned channels of communication to contact our specialists.

Changes in trading schedule

Dear Clients!

We’re informing you that because of significant reduction of liquidity for USDRUB, trading this instrument is temporarily suspended. We are very sorry for any possible inconveniences.

We'd also like to inform you that starting December 17th 2014 the pair will be traded according to the following schedule:

Trading starts at 9 AM server time.
Trading closes at 6 PM server time.

In addition to that, from December 31st 2014 to January 11th 2015, the pair will not be available for trading at all. USDRUB will be traded according to the following schedule:

December 31st 2014 to January 11th 2015 – no trading.
January 12th 2015 – trading starts at 9 AM server time.

Starting January 12th, 2015, the instrument will be available for trading as usual. Pay attention that the current level of liquidity for USDRUB may result in increase of spreads. Please, take into account these changes in schedule when planning your trading activity.

Changes in trading schedule on USDRUB

Dear Clients!

We’re informing you that on December 17th, 2014, from 9 AM to 6 PM server time, the USDRUB currency pair will be traded only in "Close only" mode.

Opening new positions will be unavailable. After 6 PM server time, the leverage for the USDRUB currency pair will be fixed at the value of 1:10.

Please note, that these changes will affect all positions regardless of the time they were opened.

We recommend you to decrease the volume of open positions on the instrument and change the settings of your Expert Advisors if necessary.
