Trading metals with zero spread
Dear Clients and Partners!
Starting April 13th 2015, RoboForex expands the list of available trading instruments with fixed zero spread by adding metals - XAUUSD and XAGUSD. These instruments are available for both cent (Fix-Cent and Pro-Cent) and standard (Fix-Standard and Pro-Standard) MetaTrader4 and MetaTrader5 accounts.
The new instruments will be marked as follows:
• For MT4 Fix-Cent, Fix-Standard, Pro-Cent, Pro-Standard accounts - suffix .z
• For MT5 Fix-Cent, Fix-Standard accounts - suffix .z
• For MT5 Pro-Cent, Pro-Standard accounts - suffix .zm
The cost of transactions for the above-mentioned instruments will be 100 USD for one lot.
The instruments with zero spread are optional. You can both continue using basic instruments with spread and trade optional ones on the same account. Both already open and newly opened cent and standard RoboForex accounts can be used for trading instruments with zero spread:
We’d like to remind you, that some currency pairs are also available for trading with fixed zero spread. Information about these pairs was published earlier.

New formula to calculate profitability of CopyFX system users
Dear Traders and Investors!
We’re informing you that CopyFX introduces a new formula for calculating profitability of the participants of the system. The changes we’ve made will help us to calculate Traders’ and Investors’ profit more accurately.
The new profitability formula is as follows:
P = ( (Equity_end_1 / Equity_begin_1) * (Equity_end_2 / Equity_begin_2) * ...
... * (Equity_end_N / Equity_begin_N) - 1) * 100%
This method allows to avoid any mistakes when defining the percentage of profit, because the formula contains no information about depositing balance operations, which may have influence on the final number. Calculation of profitability according to the new formula will be equally precise for all CopyFX accounts regardless the sums and trading volumes.

Expanding the list of the offer parameters

We’re informing you that CopyFX form for creating offers has been changed. From now on, Traders have the opportunity to choose which Investors can copy transactions from their accounts in the offer they create.
The new field, "Who can subscribe" offers you two choices:
• Real accounts
• Demo and real accounts
Consequently, you can limit the number of Investors who want to subscribe to your account. The new parameter is only available for the Traders with real CopyFX accounts.

Changes in trading schedule on CFD instruments
Dear Clients!
We’re informing you that due to the public holidays in Germany (Labor Day) and the United Kingdom (May Day Bank Holiday) on May 1st and 4th 2015, CFD instruments will be traded according to the following schedule.
Trading schedule on DE equities (*.DE) and DAX Index:
May 1st, 2015 – no trading.
Trading schedule on UK equities (*.L) and FTSE100 Index:
May 4th, 2015 – no trading.
After May 5th, 2015, the above-mentioned instruments will be available for trading as usual. Please, take into account these changes in schedule when planning your trading activity.
