Can anyone help me with fractals?what does it mean by this?

"5 bars sequence where middle one has highest High / lowest Low and its preceded and followed two bars have lower highs / higher lows"

Please help me, i am trying to learn chaos theory=(

Hi,
For fractals, what it does is that is show which is the highest point out of 5 candles bar. The highest bar is calculated with 4 lower others candles (2 on each of the side of the highest point.)
