Best Scalping or High Frequency EA/strategy

I am looking for an ea that has the potential to trade a very high volume, number of trades. With these qualifications, please suggest some profitable EAs, also if you could give trade stats that would be great. Obviously free would be better, but I am willing to pay for the right ea, or strategy.
