Rules :
1. LONG if candle Open above 2 MA, & the Green Colour at the OMN Meter is greater then Red ones.
2. SHORT if Candle open bellow 2 MA, & the Red Colour at the OMN Meter is greater then the Green ones.
3. SIDEWAYS : If Price/Candle is betwen 2 MA & the OMN Meter has an equal Green & Red Colour.
