Today in forex trading XAU gold was strong and the USD was weak. XAU/USD moved higher and is now trending on the H4 time frame. Upside is to the 3440 area highs. GBP/USD moved up and a D1 uptrend could be forming with much more upside. USD/JPY dropped and this pair might be forming a D1 downtrend, too early to tell if the USD has fully reversed.

I think USD may bounce back soon. I watch for reversal signs. But now gold is stronger. I take small positions. Risk is high when USD is unclear.
