Guys, I really need help to understand about horizontal support and resistance, how are they drawn and how do we trade them. I have been following this thread but still dont really get how to draw them and make use of them.

1) Im using swingZz indicator to show the previous highs and lows. But which timeframe do I use to draw these horizontal lines?

2) The below example is a chart on 1H timeframe, As we can see, swingZZ is showing way too many previous highs and lows, and if I were to draw horizontal lines off all of them, its gonna be just filled with lines?

Please enlighten me guys!

Why don't you just read the Technical Templates thread on this very forum?
From what I've read support & resistance is the key element of everything that drives the approach they're trading & they explain & present it better than anywhere I've witnessed across the forum network.
