new option

openOpposite - if set true - when non trending order is closed - the opposite type order is opened

version .27 will not compile
there is a bad spelling of one of the variables

openOpposite is the correct spelling
if you try to compile it you will get error that openOposite is an invalid variable name
just change it to openOpposite

i let this latest version run for several hours on a demo account and in the last 6 hours it made 3 trades - each trade took profit at 33 pips
the code has the settings the same as i used in the demo

hmmm - manus - i don't know what you are asking or why you posted all those pics in here ?
this thread was about an ea script that Hans started
are you asking a question ?

anyway i added some more stuff and consolidated some code and here is the latest version
right now i think this will be it for a while - i can't think of much to do with it right now
i need some suggestions and for other people to try it - on a demo account of course

oops - i left out one important option

useNonTrendingOrderDeficit - this controls whether the closing of non trending orders waits until the profit goes below the amount set for the deficit variable

Hi there,

You guys have done a wonderful job, I'm sure this will benefit to everyone who know how to make good use of Repainting Indicators. Couple of questions though:

1. What is the best final version of EA I should try ?
2. I'm not sure if this has been discussed before but the original Belkhayate system also makes use of its Timing Indicator which basically filters bad trades. If for example the Price has touched upper or lower lines but the Timing Candle has not touched the +8 or -8 lines then its not considered a valid trade signal. I was wondering if this could have been included in the EA.

Once again, thanks a lot, the EA does look great.

PS: I was recieving some error messages complaining about Golden or Magic Number, I had to comment out the line which generated Alert for this. Has anyone else been recieving similar error messages ?

Sorry I forgot to attach this PDF File which further exaplains the original rules of Belkhayate system. The PDF is in French but if you spend some time on Google Translate you should get a good idea about the rules ...
