RSI and "moon lander"

Just thought we could also use CCI historgam (you've shared earlier ) as a filter instead of earlier suggested 50 SMA.

The rules would be as follows:

CCI in gray - no trading with RSI signals.
CCI in red - take only SEll signals from RSI.
CCI in blue - accordingly only Buy signals from RSI.

Here is the indicator we're talking about:

I think there's some real merit in this strategy.

However, it's a bit loose at the moment.

I think Edward's CCI filter could work well, but appears to keep you out of a LOT of trades.

I would consider:

1. Wait for 4hr candle to close before entering.
2. Confirm direction of trade with OSMA [12,26,9].
3. Stop loss 50 pips
4. Target 100 pips. If it hits the target then you could close part of the position and let the rest run.

Anyone have any thoughts on these suggestions?

I thing all the rules incld, RSI(6), TimeFrame its OK, but the filter SMA 50 By Close I change to be an EMA 100 By Close, it is better.
