Do the rebate system could make broker bankrupt??

Broker get the profit from its clients from spread of each turn trade..
But with rebate system, it means that the spread is useless.
DO you think that the rebate system useful for broker??

That is something I really wanted to find out whether rebate system is useful for bokers or it's just a waste of time.

it is not effect to broker. because rebate is apart of spread. it do not over spread. so broker can not bankrupt by it. you do not worry about it.

Nice opinion guys...
I do not know about these, but if this a part of spread, it means that the spread from broker is decreased and profit for broker also decreased.
So, the broker get ow profit from spread..

We still do not know about this, I hope some master or broker will explain this..
For example, in liteforex, there are 2pip of rebate. and each trader will trade more than 10pips each open position.
Just from this, i think rebate will not make broker bankrupt..

I think so,,
Each broker that really solid and have good management such as Liteforex,OANDA,FBS they will never face bankrupt.
They must have good and professional advertisement officer.

nah i dont think it can bunkrupt the broker if done correctly, like for example hotforex offers some good rebates per lot, at times its one of the highest but it still maintains a good service with very good spreads due to simple broker stability and good rebate system. some brokers use the system with out thinking about the bigger picture of future stability which might cost the IBs and them not being able to get their rebates, when that happens its asign
