Are FSR strategies based on tick by tick or just OHLCprices?

I’m trying the strategies I found on this revelation website and there’s one point I can’t understand:
are we supposed to follow entry and exit signals in any moment they occur ( tick by tick ) or just after candle completion ?
I actually hope the answer is the second one because I’m running some back testing which are based on OHLC prices.
On this way I can see only signals occurring after candle completion, but I’m missing all the signals which could possibly occur during the candle ‘building’.
