Trading fund recruiting profitable traders

The requirements are as follows:
- achieve between 300 - 500 pips per month
- use Stop Loss on each trade
- provide a statement of demo / live traded account with more then 3 months

Where to get profits in the forex trading business is not as easy as imagined, where everything has a process and time.
