Changes in trading schedule on metals, CFDs, and stocks



Dear Clients and Partners!

We’re informing you that due to the public holiday in the USA, Thanksgiving Day, on November 24th and 25th 2016, metals, some CFDs and stocks (RoboForex Stocks project) will be traded according to the changed* schedule:

RoboForex

Trading schedule on XAUUSD, XAUEUR, XAGUSD, XAGEUR, XPTUSD, XPDUSD:

November 23rd, 2016 – trading stops at 11:59 PM server time.
November 24th, 2016 – no trading.
November 25th, 2016 – trading starts at 10:00 AM and stops at 8:45 PM server time.

Trading schedule on CFD on oil (WTI, Brent) and indices (US500Cash, US30Cash, USTECHCash):

November 23rd, 2016 – trading stops at 11:15 PM server time.
November 24th, 2016 – no trading.
November 25th, 2016 – trading starts at 10:00 AM and stops at 8:45 PM server time.

RoboForex Stocks

Trading schedule on US Indices, US Shares, Powershares ETFs, iShares ETFs:

November 23rd, 2016 – trading stops at 11:59 PM server time.
November 24th, 2016 – no trading.
November 25th, 2016 – trading starts at 4:30 PM and stops at 7:59 PM server time.

After November 28th 2016, the above-mentioned instruments will be available for trading as usual. Please, take into account these changes in schedule when planning your trading activity.

Improvement of the program conditions for VIP clients



Dear Clients and Partners!

We’re pleased to inform you that starting December 1st 2016, the Company is going to improve the conditions of the RoboForex VIP program, which will expand its opportunities and make it more available to clients. The program will include 4 levels to be granted to clients according to the amount of funds on their accounts.



According to the updated Rules and conditions of the VIP program, RoboForex offers its clients additional Cashback (Rebates), increased percents on account balance, and decreased requirements for the trading volume when clients work out various bonuses. The higher you level of the program, the more attractive the program conditions, because additional payouts may be up to 40%.

Results of "World of Trading 2016" exhibition in Frankfurt am Main

RoboForex (CY) Ltd once again took part in an international forum, "World of Trading 2016", which took place on November 17th – 19th in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The conference featured major participants of the German brokerage service market: brokerage companies, investment portals, as well as advanced solutions in the area of social trading.

German-speaking countries (Austria, Germany, Luxembourg, and Switzerland) demonstrate a further growth, which is good news on the one hand, but on the other hand, these countries make us be more attentive when providing services to the clients from this region.

During the exhibition, the RoboForex team offered its clients several seminars and presentations, which were dedicated to the trading process optimization. Apart from them, we introduced our new products, such as RoboForex Stocks, which is intended for stocks trading, and StrategyQuant, a trading robots builder.

RoboForex (CY) Ltd is systematically expanding the scope of the Company’s activities in Europe and the center of our attention is still German-speaking countries. This year, we added to our German team some highly skilled specialists in the area of invest-banking and investment portfolio management. In order to improve the service quality for our European clients, we’re planning to comply with all legal points and open a new representative office in the center of Frankfurt am Main in early 2017.

Possible growth of volatility due to the constitutional referendum in Italy
