Improvement of trading conditions and changes in quoting



Dear Clients and Partners!

We’re informing you that due to a high demand for MetaTrader5-based ECN-Pro NDD accounts and a solid growth of accounts of this type, the Company has decided to use the trading instruments names for these accounts like standard ones (without ".e" postfix).

To increase the usability of ECN-Pro NDD MT5 accounts and simplify your work with Expert Advisors and signal services, we’re planning to apply the following changes to this account type:

After the market closing on Friday, September 30th 2016:

• All MT5 demo accounts positions, opened in the instruments with the ticker without the postfix or with ".e" and ".f" postfixes, will be closed at the last market quote.
• Opening Demo Fix MT5 and Demo ECN-FixSpread NDD MT5 accounts will be unavailable. Accounts of these types opened earlier will be switched to Demo ECN-Pro NDD MT5 accounts.

On Monday, October 3rd 2016:

• All instruments in MT5 platform without postfixes will be switched to Market execution mode with the floating spread. These instruments will still be available for trading on ECN-Pro NDD MT5 accounts.
• ECN-Pro NDD MT5 positions will be switched to the instruments with tickers without postfixes. Fix-Standard MT5 accounts will be switched to ECN-Pro NDD MT5 accounts. Opening Fix-Standard MT5 accounts will be unavailable.
• Fix-Cent MT5 positions will be switched to the instruments with ".m" postfix. Fix-Cent MT5 accounts will be switched to Pro-Cent MT5 accounts. Opening Fix-Cent MT5 accounts will be unavailable.
• ECN-FixSpread NDD MT5 positions will be switched to the instruments with tickers without postfixes. ECN-FixSpread NDD MT5 accounts will be switched to ECN-Pro NDD MT5 accounts. Opening ECN-FixSpread NDD MT5 accounts will be unavailable.
• Before the market opening, all instruments with the zero spread (*.z) on all servers will be switched to "Close Only" mode.

After the market closing on Friday, October 7th 2016:

• All positions in the instruments with the zero spread (*.z) on all servers will be switched to the standard instruments. The commission will be compensated. Trading instruments with the zero spread will be unavailable.

Please, take into account these changes when planning your trading activity. We recommend you to adjust your Expert Advisors settings and modify open positions and pending orders within the given timeframe.

Changes in trading schedule on CFD on the DE30Cash Index

We’re informing you that due to the public holiday in Germany (Tag der Deutschen Einheit) on October 3rd 2016, CFDs on the DE30Cash Index will be traded according to the changed schedule*.

Starting October 4th 2016, the above-mentioned instrument will be available for trading as usual. Please, take into account these changes in schedule when planning your trading activity.

Changes in trading schedule



Dear Clients and Partners!

We’d like to remind you that on the night of October 29th to 30th, 2016, the countries of the European Union will revert to Standard time from Daylight saving time. In the USA, the same will happen on the night of November 5th to 6th, 2016. As a result, the trading schedule is to be changed in the following way.

XAUUSD, XAGUSD, XAUEUR, XAGEUR, XPTUSD, XPDUSD:

• From October 31st to November 4th, 2016, trading on metals will be opened and closed 1 hour earlier than usual (server time).
Trading session (server time): 12:00 AM – 10:59 PM.

• From November 7th, 2016 to March 10th, 2017, trading on metals will be available within the operating range of the contract specifications.
Trading session (server time): 1:00 AM – 11:59 PM.

CFD on indexes:

• From October 31st to November 4th, 2016, trading on CFD on indexes will be opened and closed 1 hour earlier than usual (server time).
Trading session (server time): 12:00 AM – 10:15 PM.

• From November 7th, 2016 to March 10th, 2017, trading on CFD on indexes will be available within the operating range of the contract specifications.
Trading session (server time): 1:00 AM – 11:15 PM.

CFD on oil:

• From October 31st to November 4th, 2016, trading on CFD on oil will be opened and closed 1 hour earlier than usual (server time).
Trading session (server time): 2:00 AM – 10:59 PM.

• From November 7th, 2016 to March 10th, 2017, trading on CFD on oil will be available within the operating range of the contract specifications.
Trading session (server time): 3:00 AM – 11:59 PM.

USDRUB:

• From October 31st, 2016 to March 24th, 2017, trading on the USDRUB currency pair will be opened and closed 1 hour earlier than usual (server time).
Trading session (server time): 9:00 AM – 5:59 PM.

Other trading instruments:

• On Friday, November 4th, 2016, trading will be closed at 11:00 PM (server time).

RoboForex Stocks:

• From October 31st to November 4th, 2016, trading will be opened and closed 1 hour earlier than usual (server time).
Trading session (server time): 3:30 PM – 9:59 PM.

• From November 7th, 2016 to March 10th, 2017, trading will be available within the operating range of the contract specifications.
Trading session (server time): 4:30 PM – 10:59 PM.
