RoboTrade Ltd., which provides financial services under RoboForex’s trademarks, is registered as a legal entity under the number 128,572 with the headquarters at the following address: Suite 5, Garden City Plaza, Mountainview Boulevard, Belmopan, Belize, C.A.

Please note, that the procedure of concluding the Client Agreement as well as the trading conditions for all clients of RoboForex financial group remain the same.

Changes in trading schedule

Dear Clients and Partners!

On October 26th, 2014, the countries of the European Union will revert to Standard time from Daylight saving time. In the USA, the same will happen on November 2nd, 2014. As a result, the trading schedule is to be changed in the following way:

From October 27th to November 2nd, 2014, trading on metals (XAUUSD & XAGUSD) will be opened 12 AM and closed 11 PM server time (1 hour earlier than usual). From November 3rd, 2014, to March 8th, 2015, trading on metals will be available within the operating range of the contract specifications.

Trading schedule on XAUUSD & XAGUSD:

From October 27th to November 2nd, 2014: 12 AM – 11 PM (UTC+2)
From November 3rd, 2014 to March 8th, 2015: 1 AM – 12 AM (UTC+2)

Please note, that on October 31st, 2014, trading on all available instruments will be closed at 11 PM server time.

Please, take into account these changes in schedule when planning your trading activity.

We inform you that due to the expansion of RoboForex financial group, starting November 5th 2014, all clients will be automatically transferred to RoboTrade Ltd. All trading conditions for our clients will remain the same.

RoboTrade Ltd. is an international regulated broker with "Trading in financial and commodity-based derivative instruments and other securities" license, No. IFSC/60/271/TS/14, which is registered in International Financial Services Commission Belize.

Because of the requirements regarding AML (Anti-money laundering) policy specified by the regulator, IFSC Belize, the Company makes it mandatory for the clients to pass the complete verification of their Live Accounts. Funds withdrawal will be available only for verified clients.

In addition to that, some of the clients will have to specify additional personal information when they login to their Live Accounts.

All changes can be found in the updated Client Agreement, which is available in "Documents" section of your Live Account.

Please note, that these new developments will not affect the trading conditions offered to traders. All advantages provided by the Company will still be available for each client of RoboForex.

Changes in trading schedule on USDRUB

Dear Clients!

We’re informing you that due to the public holiday in Russia, National Unity Day, the USDRUB currency pair will not be available for trading on November 3rd and 4th, 2014.

USDRUB will be traded according to the following schedule:

November 3rd, 2014 – no trading.
November 4th, 2014 – no trading.
November 5th, 2014 – trading starts at 9 AM server time.

Starting November 5th, 2014, the instrument will be available for trading as usual. Please, take into account these changes in schedule when planning your trading activity.
