Limitations for funds withdrawal have been cancelled

We’re pleased to inform you that the Company has changed the conditions for withdrawing funds, which were deposited using VISA/MasterCard cards. From now on, you can withdraw funds deposited via bankcards at once, without any delays.
Please note, that those clients, who haven’t joined the "Verified Client" program, can withdraw funds that they have deposited using VISA/MasterCard bankcards no sooner than 15 days from the date when these funds have been deposited to the trading account.

Changes in Partner Agreement
Dear Partners!
RoboForex informs you that starting July 11th, 2014, new version of the Partner Agreement will come into effect. Several articles of the document have been modified and added.
1. The following articles have been expanded and updated:
6.2 Partner commission depends on the trading instrument, transaction volume, Client’s account type as well as on the type and level of the affiliate program. Partner commission rates are stipulated on the webpage.
6.10 Partner commission (% of the partner commission rate) according to the multi-level partner commission system is the following:
- For the clients of the 1st level – 100%
- For the clients of the 2nd level – 20%
- For the clients of the 3rd level – 15%
- For the clients of the 4th level – 7%
- For the clients of the 5th level – 3%
For transactions made on ECN-Pro NDD and ECN-Fix NDD accounts, the multi-level affiliate commission is not paid.
2. New article about up-to-dateness of information of affiliate websites, 4.1.8, have been added.
4.1.8 The Partner shall keep current the information about the Company and its services posted on the affiliate website. If unreliable or irrelevant information has been posted on the Partner’s website, the Company is entitled to ask the Partner to remove or update website information, whereas the Partner is obliged to fulfill the requirement within seven days of the Company’s request.

Two-step authentication for Live Account

We are pleased to announce that the functionality of "Two-step authentication" service has been extended in your Live Account. Now, even if your mobile phone is not available, you can sign in your Live Account using pre-generated codes. Pre-generated backup codes can be stored in e-form or kept on a piece of paper.
RoboForex offers its clients 3 ways to increase protection of their accounts:
- Signing in your Live Account using SMS code or backup code. Backup codes can be used only for signing in your Live Account, if you want to withdraw or transfer funds, you need to receive SMS confirmation.
- Sending SMS confirmation code to withdraw or transfer funds from your account.
- SMS indicating the signing in your Live Account (authorization).
Please note, that all aforementioned services are free of charge.
Two-step authentication provides higher protection of your account. It is one of the most convenient and secure ways to protect your Live Account from an unauthorized signing in, even if your e-mail has been cracked. On the webpage "Two-step authentication" you can find more detailed information about service features.
