Teodosi's Simple System

Hello,

I've been trading Teodosi's simple system for a while yet still overlooked the requirement to keep a trade journal.
I'm going to post every trade here, with a picture of the 1H, 4H, 1D timeframes I saw on my screen whenever I entered the trade.
I hope I'll keep up because from what I see only a few people maintain a journal here and usually abandon it after a couple of unsuccessful trades.

OK so I entered GBP/JPY long @134.53 SL:100/TP:100
The 1H timeframe seemed to indicate an entry signal although I have a bad feeling about it since other timeframes seem to indicate a rather strong downtrend.

Profit taken! 100 PIPS on a standard lot so I made $1103.27 gross profit (paid swap of $4.23 on this overnight trade so net is bit less)
Am now waiting for the next entry conditions.

sell 1 standard lot 135.49 TP/SL : 134.49/136.49
I entered because on the H1 both RSI & Stoch were in overbought state and after a doji there was a downcandle at half the last upcandle.
H4 seems strongly bearish too, but D1 seems undecided.

Welcome, Frederic

I hope the journal will help you to make a good summary of your trades and performance & also allow other traders to experience Teodosi system through your reports.

Happy Trading!

Thanks Edward.
Here is the result of last trade: unfortunately it's a loss: S/L hit -100 PIPS
Apparently I just logged on too late and missed a possible sell entry. Have to wait.

I didn't trade on Friday as I had to go somewhere.
From what I see it would have been a losing trade anyway.
There seems to be a strong uptrend in the GBP/JPY pair.

Hello, new week, first trade of the week:

buy 1 lot @ 136.59 SL/TP 100 PIPS

Notice how I could have had a profitable trade according to the system had I logged on a few hours earlier but hey I need to have a life too...

Hi,

Last trade was a loss again. I suspect macro-economic conditions as the GBP is under pressure, so it wasn't really a surprise.
Entered short @ 136.65 TP/SL 100 PIPS but I'm afraid I came a bit late and already missed some 30 PIPS.
Shortly after I entered and as I'm typing this it's trending up again. Bummer. Am already -24 PIPS

Yikes! Another LOSS. I'm starting to doubt Mr Teodosi's claim of 1500 PIPS in a week though I am applying it in a personal way with fixed rather than floating profits. But I will go on testing it.
Just a thought, I seem to find a better correlation in H4 than H1 with current TP/SL ranges.

Maybe you should reduce SL

I noticed that GBP/JPY Likes ,00 and ,50 levels. Keep going and posting, finally you find the right settings.
